If your property manager flags a cleaning issue on the outgoing inspection within seven days of our clean, we come back and re-clean the flagged areas at no cost. It covers the cleaning scope on your agent’s checklist — not damage, repairs or wear that existed before we arrived.
After the truck leaves, always. Cleaning an occupied house means re-cleaning it, so we schedule the clean once the last item is out.
No. For cleans you don’t need to be on site at all; we’ll send photos on completion. Access arrangements are sorted at booking.
Steam cleaning is quoted separately unless your package includes it, because not every lease requires it. We’ll tell you what your agent will expect.
Yes. Each service stands on its own and is quoted separately. Bundling them is cheaper and simpler because it’s one crew and one schedule, but there’s no obligation to take the lot.
