Unpacking empties the boxes. Organisation decides where things live — grouped, zoned and reachable — so the house works without a second pass in a month’s time.
Yes. Plenty of jobs are existing homes where the kitchen, garage or wardrobes have stopped working. Same crew, no truck.

One to two days with a crew of two for a standard three-bedroom home, depending on how much is coming out of boxes.
Yes. Each service stands on its own and is quoted separately. Bundling them is cheaper and simpler because it’s one crew and one schedule, but there’s no obligation to take the lot.
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a metro move, and four to six weeks over December–January and at end of month, when demand peaks. That said, we hold capacity for short-notice work and can often cover a move within 48 hours.
